Refund and Return Policy for Feed The Farmer

At Feed The Farmer, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

2. Returns

You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
• Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods and made on order items are not eligible for return.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

• Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).
• Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (usually 3 – 5 business days), depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Shipping for Returns

• Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if a prepaid label was provided).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Exchanges
