At Feed The Farmer, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at feedthefarmer1@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at feedthefarmer1@gmail.com.
