Because Feed The Farmer may sell fresh, perishable, food and agricultural products, certain products may not be eligible for return once delivered, opened or used, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, unsafe, spoiled, materially different from the product ordered, or otherwise covered by applicable law.
For eligible non-perishable products, customers may request a return within 3 days of delivery, subject to the applicable product and return conditions.
Customers should inspect products promptly after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, incorrect, defective or otherwise unsuitable.

Approved refunds for prepaid orders will generally be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the relevant bank, payment gateway or financial institution.
